Refund Policy

Kelly Collective Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 25, 2025

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy below.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Kelly Collective products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

Eligible Items:

  • Art therapy kits (unopened and unused)

  • RISE Statement Clothing and merchandise (unworn with tags attached)

  • Physical products in original condition

 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital products (eBooks, courses, downloadable content)

  • Opened or used art therapy kits (due to safety and hygiene)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clothing must have tags attached and be unworn

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

How to Request a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 3: We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization

Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective)

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return your original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage

  • We'll send a replacement at no cost OR issue a full refund (including original shipping costs)

We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)

  3. Contact your bank

  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at Riseradio25@kellycollective.org

 

Digital Products

All digital products (courses, eBooks, downloadable content) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, contact us and we'll resolve the issue.
