Kelly Collective Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Kelly Collective! We're committed to getting your orders to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Our art therapy kits are hand-packed with care and triple-checked for safety and quality before shipping.

Please Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We'll notify you if there are any delays with your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS and UPS.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.99
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99
Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99

Free Shipping:

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states
P.O. Boxes are accepted
International shipping is not available at this time (coming soon!)
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but sometimes things happen during transit.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos of the damage. We'll replace your items at no cost or issue a full refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 daysand we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
