Our
Story

Here at Kelly Collective we knows what it feels like when the ground shifts beneath your feet.

After 16 years of dedicated service in federal government, I was involuntarily released. At 42, I found myself facing an unexpected reality: starting over. As a veteran living with PTSD and anxiety, the transition wasn't just about finding a new job—it was about rebuilding my entire sense of purpose and identity.

But here's what I learned through that struggle: I didn't want to build a business that depended solely on others to survive. I wanted to create something sustainable, something that could support itself—and support others in the process.

The Birth of an Ecosystem

That's when Kelly Collective was born—not as a single business, but as an ecosystem of interconnected ventures designed to uplift, support, and strengthen each other.

Instead of putting all my energy into one idea and hoping it would work, I built multiple businesses that serve different needs but share the same mission:

healing, empowerment, and community connection.

Here's how it works:

RISE Radio brings people together through music and empowering content—building community and brand awareness for everything we do.

Creative Collections provides art therapy kits and mobile art experiences that help veterans, families, and neurodivergent individuals heal through creative expression.

Couples Connected offers relationship programs, retreats, and digital tools for couples navigating real-world challenges—because strong relationships are the foundation of strong communities.

RISE Statement Clothing lets people wear their empowerment. From trucker hats with bold, witty quotes to apparel that sparks conversations, our clothing line turns the RISE message into a wearable movement that spreads awareness everywhere our community goes.

Each business supports the others. RISE Radio promotes our programs and merchandise. Creative Collections provides healing tools that complement our relationship work. Couples Connected brings people into our community who then discover our other services. RISE Statement Clothing turns our customers into walking ambassadors for the movement. They don't compete—they collaborate.

Why This Matters

Building an ecosystem means I'm not waiting for one big break or depending on a single revenue stream. If one business has a slow month, the others keep moving. If one program attracts attention, it brings visibility to everything else.

More importantly, this model allows me to serve my community in multiple ways—meeting people where they are, whether they need creative healing, relationship support, empowering apparel, or just a radio station that makes them feel seen and heard.

As an entrepreneur, a veteran, and someone who's faced systemic barriers, I know what it's like to feel like the odds are stacked against you. This ecosystem isn't just about business success—it's about building generational wealth, creating opportunities for others, and proving that we don't have to wait for permission to thrive.

Want to Build Your Own Ecosystem?

If you're an entrepreneur, creative, or someone with multiple passions who's tired of being told to "pick one thing," I want you to know: you don't have to choose.

You can build an ecosystem where your ideas support each other, where your businesses work together, and where you create sustainable success on your own terms.

I'm here to help others do the same.
