Over four comprehensive weeks, participants will learn to distinguish between external and relationship-based stress, develop actionable protocols for communication, and create a supportive partnership mindset. Each week features engaging video lessons, practical worksheets, and creative art therapy exercises to help couples visualize and manage their stress.
