Let’s say we wanted to build a serious legal strategy. A real coalition. A real push.
A lawsuit isn’t just paperwork.
It’s unity. It’s coordination. It’s staying power.
And one of the most consistent strategies used against Black people in this country has been keeping us from coming together as one—or punishing us when we do.
Families separated.
Communities destabilized.
Leaders targeted.
Movements labeled “radical” or “terrorist.”
And every time Black people build something to protect ourselves, educate ourselves, feed ourselves, or organize ourselves—history shows how fast it gets attacked, infiltrated, discredited, burned down, or rewritten.
That’s not paranoia. That’s pattern.

The double standard nobody wants to name
Here’s what makes people’s blood boil: other people can organize, lobby, sue, fundraise, and build power—and it gets called “civic engagement.”
But when Black people do it, it gets treated like a threat.
It gets called “radical.” “Extremist.” “Divisive.” “Anti-American.”
And the goal is always the same: make us feel like coming together is dangerous, so we stay separated and easier to control.
The truth: racism isn’t just in the law. It’s wrapped in the law.
Racism wasn’t only “allowed.”
It was written.
It was enforced.
It was normalized.
And when the law is part of the harm, the law becomes a maze where justice gets lost on purpose.
They benefit from our division. They benefit from our exhaustion. They benefit from us feeling like we can’t trust each other.
But community is still the answer.
Connection is still the answer.
And every time we choose each other on purpose, we take something back.
Next up: Part 3
In Part 3, we’re going to talk about what people really want to know:
Okay… so what can we do now?
Not theory. Not vibes. Real lanes. Real steps. Real ways to rebuild power.
It’s a whole new world— So Be Particular & Move Accordingly. Still not okay, but still here. peace and blessings
